The Fit And The Build

Made in California by Mark Carter’s oneculture boutique brand, they are expertly tailored from a 14.5 oz., double redline, slub selvedge from Japan’s seminal Kuroki Mills. To the touch though, they do feel heavier – sixteen or even eighteen ounces – but the hand is soft, smooth, tight and luxurious, as it should be in a $230 premium quality jean.

The fit is on the slimmer side of a Slim Taper with a snug thigh which drops from the knee to the hem with a taper of approximately 2 cm.

The 38″ in-seam goes on forever. That’s great news for taller guys or anyone with a Union Special 43200G sewing machine lying around. For the rest of us, a double- or triple-cuff looks totally dope.
